Chamber kiln for firing and bending of special ceramic pieces up to 1280°C is constituted by a prefabricated module which includes the structure and insulation.

The supporting structure of the kiln is realized in metallic carpentry coated with steel panels on the outside.

The insulation of the kiln is made of ceramic fiber modules The bottom of the kiln, intended as a support surface of the material to be treated, it is made of insulating bricks.

Natural reverse suction, occurs through refractory pipes placed inside the kiln, open in the lower part allowing the expulsion of the smokes from the inside of the kiln chamber ensuring uniformity of temperature.

The combustion system is with air-type burners fixed and modulated gas.

Self-regulated cooling by forced air from the combustion fan inside the kiln chamber.

Display and automatic control of temperature and pressure in the different zones, acquired from process controllers and other devices

Unlimited number of recipe management

Recipe for automatic temperature increase and decrease during shutting down or starting

Recording of production statistic and consumption (if installed digital flow meter)

Continuous recording of all process values on disk (temperature, pressure, velocity)

Displaying of current alarm and alarm history

Virtual control panel (start/stop for fans and burners)

Printing of screenshots visible on the computer monitor

Remote control from tablet and/or smartphone (Wi-Fi network required)
